Section 79 is repealed.

Section 82 is amended by the repeal of para- graph (») of subsection (1).

(3) Section 86 is amended by the addition at the

end thereof of the following-

“Provided also that nothing in this sec- tion shall be deemed to derogate from the provisions of sections 38 and 40." (4) Section 106A (as enacted by Ordinance No. 17 of 1939) is repealed and replaced by the fol- lowing-

"106A. (1) Nothwithstanding the fore- going, any company lawfully carrying on banking business in the Colony and hav- ing a capital (in stock or shares) for the time being issued of not less than four million dollars (of which not less than one million six hundred thousand dollars shall have been paid up in cash) may with the consent of the Governor in Council be registered as a Trust Company: Pro- vided that the Governor in Council shail not give such consent unless he is satisfied that the extent and nature of the com- pany's business in the Colony is sufficient to justify such special registration.

(2) Consent of the Governor in Council under subsection (1) shall be notified to the Registrar of Companies who shall register the company in the register prescribed by section 80, issue to it a certificate that the company is regis- tered as a Trust Company, and publish notice thereof in the Gusette for four con- secutive weeks next following such issue.

(3) The provisions of sections

77, 78, 81, 82, 92, 93, 94, 97 and 101 shall not apply to such company or to such

registration, but subject to such exceptions and to the provisions of the succeeding section the said company shall be invested with all the powers, privileges and im- munities and shall be subject to all the liabilities imposed by this Part."

(1) Section 4 is amended-

(a) by the repeal of paragraph (a) of sub- section (1) and the substitution therefor of the following-

**() "animals" means cattle, sheep. goals, all other ruminating animals, swine, equines, and all other warm-blooded vertebrates except man and birds;';

(b) by the addition in the seventh line of

paragraph (h) of subsection (1) after the word "rabies," of the following-

", contagious bovine abortion".

(2) Section 7 is amended-

G) by the deletion of the words "Torty dollars in the first line of subsection (3) and the substitution therefor of the following-

"'one hundred and twenty dollars'; (h) by the deletion of the words "four hundred dollars" in the second line of subsection (3) and the substitution therefor of the following-

"one thousand two hundred dollars";

(c) by the deletion of the words "ten dollars" in the second line of subsection (4) and the substitution therefor of the following-

"thirty dollars".
