Io exercise of the powera conferred by sub-section (10) (a) of section 2 of the Public Health (Sanitary Provisions) Regulations, 1948, the Colonial Secretary has, by writing under his hand, declared that the area described in the attached schedule ia subject to Regulation 2 of the said Regulations,

SCHEDULE.

1. An area situated in Kowloon and bounded:

on the North East by a line from the junction of Prince Edwardd Road and the Kui Tak Airport, south-eastwards along the boundary of the airport to the waterfront, thence sonth- wards along the waterfront to Ma Tau Kok Road

on the South West by Ma Tau Kok Road

on the North West by a line from the junction of Mo Tou Kok Road and the border of Ma Tau Chung Camp, north- eastwards along the border of the camp and continued to Prince Edward Road, and

on the North by Prince Edward Itoad.
