Notification

(under section 32(1)).

It is hereby notified that in exercise of the powers conferred by section $241) of the Landlord and Tenent Ordinance, 1947, the Governor in Council on the 28th day of May, 1949, did order that the premises specified in the Schedule hereto be excluded from the further application of the said Ordinance.

SCHEDULE,

The premises known na Nos. 18 and 18A Ice House Street. The premises known as Nos, 6 and 6A Duddell Street.
