THE REGISTRATION OF IMPORTS AND EXPORTS ORDINANCE, 1922.

Regulations by the Governor in Council,

In exercise of the power vested in him by Section 3 of the Registration of Imports and Exports Ordinance, 1922, His Excellency the Governor in Council has made the following regulations -

REGULATIONS.

1. These regulations may be cited as the Import and Export Declaration Form Regulations, 1949, and shall be read as one with the regulations appearing at pages 949 to 958 (both inclusivo) of Volume III of the Revised Edition of the Regulations of Hong Kong, 1937, bereinafter referred to as the principal regulations.

2.

The principal regulations are hereby amended by insert- ing an additional regulation after regulation 4 as follows:-

44. Neither Form No. 1 nor Form No. 2 shall exceed in dimensiona o foolscap folio and it shall be a contraventiou of these regulations to enter any of the particulars, required by these regulations, to be entered in any such form, otherwise than ou the face thereof.
