Be it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice

and consent of the Legislative Council thereof:

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Hawkers (Amend- short title.

ment) Ordinance, 1948.

2. Section 2 of the Hawkers Ordinance, 1935, as amended Amendment

of section a by the Hawkera (Amendment) Ordinance, 1946, ja hereby amended of Ordinance

by the deletion of all the words following the word tobacco
