An Ordinance to amend the Forestry Ordinauçe, 1937.

Be it enacted by the liovernor of Hong Kong, with the advira and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows:-

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Forestry (Amend- Short title. ment) Ordinance, 1948, and shall be read as ong with the Forestry Ordinance, 1987, hereinafter referred to as the principal No. It di Ordinance.

2. Sub-section (3) of section 2 of the principal Ordinance Amendment is hereby repealed and replaced as follows:
