Be it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as followe:

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Urban Council (Transitional Provisions) Amendment Ordinance, 1947.

2. In this Ordinance-

Principal Ordinance means the Urban Council (Transitional Provisions) Ordinance, 1946.

3. Sub-section 2 of section 4 of the principal Ordinance

is bereby repealed.
