Be it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows:-

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the New Territories Short title. Regulation Amendment Ordinance, 1940.

2. Sub-section (1) of section 6A of the New Territories Amendment Regulation Ordinance, 1910, as amended by scation 2 of the New Territories Regulation Amendment Ordinance, No. 18 of 1938, is further amended----

(a) by the insertion of the words the Public Health Ordinance (Food) Ordinance, 1935,' after the word
