An Ordinance to amend the Summary Offences Ordinance,

1932.

Be it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows :-

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Summary Offences Shark tille. Amendment Ordinance, 1940.

2. Section 3 of the Summary Offences Ordinance, 1982, is amended by the insertion immediately after paragraph (1) thereof of the following paragraph-

(LA) in or into a public place or vehicle or ferry or any building to which the public have access, spits except into a receptacle or channel for sewage, sullage or waste water;
