Bv His Excellency Sir GeoFFEY ALEXANDER ŠTAFFORD NORTHCOTE, Knight Commander of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George, Governor and Commander-in-Chief of the Colony of Hong Kong and its Dependencies, and Vice-Admiral of the same.

WHEREAS it has been found necessary and expedient to provide at Kowloon an additional court-house where a magistrate umy sit for the purposes bercinafter mentioned:

AND WHEREAS a certain place at present known as the Juvenile Court, Kowkwon, has been provided, to serve as such additional court-house :

NOW THEREFORE 1, the said Sir GeoFFOY ÅLEXANDER STAFFORD NORTHCOTE, do hereby appoint the place hereinafter mentioned (in addition to those places appointed as Court- houses by Proclamation given under my hand and the Public Seal of the Colony on the fourth day of April, 1936) as a Court-house where à magistrate may sit to hear and determine and deal with complaints and informations and other matters to be heard and tried and determined and dealt with by him as a magistrate in an open court:

The place at present known as the Juvenile Court, Kowloon.

Given under my hand and the Public Seal of the Colony at Victoria, Hong Kong, this 22nd day of September, 1938,
