Governor.

The Asiatic Emigration Ordinance, 1915.

By His Excellency Sir Cec CLEMENTI, Knight Commander of the Most Distin- quished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George, Governor and Commander-in-Chiet of the Colony of Hong Kong and its Dependencies and Vice-Admiral of the same:

Whereas it is provided by section 3 of the Chinese Passengers Act, 1865, that it shall be lawful for the Governor of Houg Kong by proclamation to alter the scales of dietary, medicines, and medical comforts contained in Schedule A to the said Act annexed:

And Whereas by Proclamation (No. 7 of 1901) of the 6th day of July, 1901, the Officer Administering the Government of Hong Kong sltered the said scules container in the said Schedule A:

And Whereas the said scales, altered as aforesaid, are now set forth in regulation 4 (9) in the Sixth Schedule to the Asiatic Emigration Ordinanco, 1915, Ordiuance No. 30 of 1915:

And Whereas I am satisfied that the said scale of medicines should be again altererl as heroinafter appears :

Now therefore I Sir COLL CLEMENTI, Knight Commander of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George, Governor and Commander-in-Chief of the Colony of Hong Kong and its Dependencies and Vice-Admiral of the same, do hereby by this Proclamation alter the said scule of medicines in the manuer appearing in the scale hereunder set forth, which scale shall, from and after the date hereof, he subati- tuted for the said altered scale of medicines set forth in regulation 4 (9) in the said Sixth Schedule to the Asiatic Emigration Ordinance, 1915.
