Ceylon Hongkong the Straits Settlements the Federated Malay States Johore Kedah and Perlis Kelantan Trengganu Brunei North Borneo and Sarawak and that the Governor General of India and the Governors of Ceylon Hongkong and of the Straits Settlements shall cause the said Order to be proclaimed to the territories and colonies under their respective government:

NOW THEREFORE I Sir FRANCIS HENRY MAY Knight Commander of the Most Dis- tinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George Governor and Commander in Chief of the Colony of Hongkong and its Dependencies and Vice-Admiral of the same do hereby proclaim the said last recited Order in the Colony of Hongkong.

Given under my hand and the Public Seal of the Colony at Victoria Flongkong this 1st day of February 1918,
