Whereas it is expedient that additional places should be appointed where a Magie- trate may sit to hear and try complaints and informations :

Now Therefore Sir Francis Henny Max Knight Commander of the Most Distin- guished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George Governor and Commander-in-Chief of The Colony of Hongkong and its Dependencies and Vice-Admiral of the same do hereby appoint the several places mentioned in the Schedule hereto as places whore a Magistrate inay sit to hear and try any complaints of informations,

1. The Magistracy, Taipo.

3. The Charge Room at the Police Station at Sha Tan Kok in the Northern

District of the New Territories.

4. The Charge Room at the Police Station at Sai Kung in the Northern District

5. The Office of the Assistant District Officer for the Southern District of the New Territorit situate in the Building known as "The Government Offices" situate in Pedder Street Victoria Hongkong over the General Post Office.

6. The Charge Boon at the Police Station al Tein Wan in the Southern

District of the New Territories.

7. The Charge Room at the Police Station at Tai 0, Lantau in the Southern

District of the New Territories.

8. The Charge Room at the Police Station at Tung Chung, Lantau in the

Southern District of the New Territorios.
