6. The prices of provisions imported from countries other than China (excepting those above enumerated) may not be raised more than 15% above the retail prices prevailing in the Colony on the 25th July, 1914.

7. Cooking Salt, 2 cents per fb. A

Nore-In consideration of the loss sustained by discount on sub- sidiary coinage, payment for all articles of food not exceeding $2 in value (excepting the articles enumerated in Clause 5) shall if made in subsidiary coin be subject to an additional charge of 15%.
