By His Excellency Sir HENRY ARTHUR BLAKE, Knight Grand Cross of the Must Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George, flovernor sul Commander-in-Chief of the Colony of Hong- bong and its Dependencies, and Vice-Admiral of the same.

Whereas, by Proclamation dated the 22ul day of March, 1902, under Regulation No. 1 of the Quarantine Regulations made by the Governor in Council of the 18th day of March, 1897, under section 25 of Ordinace No. 20 of 1891, the Port of Shanghai was proclaimed by the Governor in Council to be a port or place at which an infectious or contagious disease prevailed:"

And whereas it is expeilient to revoke such Proclamation ;

Now, therefore, 1, Sir Hesay ARTHUR BLAKE, Knight Grand Cross of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George, Governer and Commander-in-Chief of the Colony of Houg, kong and its Dependencies, do hereby, with the advice of the Excrative Council, revoke the said Proclamation with effect from this date.
