Draft Wu Kau Tang DPA plan approved
The Governor-in-Council has approved the draft Wu Kau Tang Development Permission Area (DPA) plan, a spokesman for the Town Planning Board said today (Friday).
"The DPA plan will provide interim guidance for planning and to facilitate development control within the Wu Kau Tang area.
"After detailed studies on land use, infrastructural provisions and development options, a draft statutory outline zoning plan will be prepared and published to replace the approved DPA plan," he said.
The DPA plan (No. DPA/NE-WKT/2), published in today's Gazette, is available for public inspection during office hours at:
