The Town Planning Board announced today (Friday) an amendment to the draft Ngau Chi Wan Outline Zoning Plan.
The amendment involves the rezoning of a 2.27 hectare-site at King Tung Street in Hammer Hill from 'Government/Institution/Community' to 'Residential (Group A) to facilitate the development of a Private Sector Participation Scheme housing project.
