Taking the two districts in Kowloon as examples, in 1996 we conducted 291 inspections in Kowloon East, which includes Kwun Tong. The number of cases of illegal use discovered was 96. The figures for Kowloon West, including Cheung Sha Wan, were 320 inspections and 78 cases of illegal use discovered.
