Sha Tin lot to let
The Lands Department is inviting tenders for the short-term tenancy of a piece of government land at the junction of On Ping Street and On Sum Street, Area 11, Sha Fin.
The lot has an area of about 3,050 square metres and is intended for use as an open storage (excluding storage of containers) or a fee-paying public car park. The tenancy is for three years, renewable quarterly.
The closing date for submission of tenders is noon on January 24 (Friday).
Tender form, tender notice and conditions can be obtained from the Lands Department. 14th floor, Murray Building, Garden Road, Hong Kong, and the District Lands Offices of Kowloon and Sha Tin.
Tender plans can also be inspected at these offices.
