Ms WONG Mo-tai
In 1972 Ms Wong became a founding and executive committee member of the Sha Tin Women's Association. She chaired the Association from 1989 and has also been involved in a wide range of other community services.
Mr WONG Ping-kwong
Mr Wong has been a volunteer member of the Civil Aid Services since 1968. He has been a member of the Mountain Rescue Unit since joining the Service.

Mr Courtauld was formerly Managing Director of Kleinwort Benson Asia Limited. He was Chairman of the British Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong from 1994 to 1996.
Mr Edmund LEUNG Kwong-ho
Mr Leung was appointed as Chairman of ACER Consultants (Far East) in 1994, the first Hong Kong citizen to take this position. He was elected in 1995 as President of the Hong Kong Institute of Engineers.

Mr Norie has been Chairman of Mott Connell, one of the most prominent and successful engineering consultancy practices in Hong Kong, since 1991. Mott Connell have played a major role in many of Hong Kong's infrastructure projects.
