Mr Victor HSU Yung
Mr Hsu has been a member of the Fire Services Department for over 33 years and reached the rank of Senior Divisional Officer in 1989. Most of his career has been spent on operational duties.
Mr LIU Tin-chee
Mr Liu joined the Fire Services Department in 1966 and became a Senior Divisional Officer in 1991. He served in a variety of units before being appointed Commandant of the Fire Services Training School.
Mr WONG Kin-ming
Mr Wong has completed over 25 years as a member of the Fire Services Department and was promoted Senior Divisional Officer in 1994. He is currently in charge of new projects in the Fire Protection Bureau.

Mr Ahuja has been a member of the Yau Tsim District Board since 1988. He has been involved in many community building activities.
Mr CHAN Hing

Mr Chan was a member of the Tai Po District Board from 1988 to 1994. He became Chairman of the Lam Tsuen Valley Committee in 1985 and heads the Tsak Yeuk Rural Committee.
Madame CHAN Kit-wing
Madame Chan has been a member of the North Point (East) Area Committee since 1986 and Chairperson since 1987. She holds office in a number of other sports, recreational and welfare committees.
