Mr TAM Sum-wing
Mr Tam has completed nearly 28 years in the RHKP and was promoted Station Sergeant in 1991. He was transferred from the Uniform Branch to the CID in 1978 and is currently in the Airport District.
Mr TSUL Kwok-cheung
Mr Tsui has served in the RHKP since 1972 and reached the rank of Station Sergeant in 1988. He was posted to Sha Tin on Uniform Branch duties in 1994.
Mr WONG Nang-chong
Mr Wong joined the RHKP in 1965 and was promoted Station Sergeant in 1980. An experienced traffic officer, he was appointed to Traffic, New Territories North in February 1996.
Mr YAN Fook-mou
Mr Yan has completed nearly 33 years' service in the RHKP and is now a Senior Superintendent. In September 1996 he was posted as Deputy District Commander, Wan Chai.
Fire Services Department
Mr Albert CHAN Ting-kai
Mr Chan entered the Fire Services Department over 30 years ago and reached the rank of Senior Divisional Officer in 1992. He has been involved in many major fire and rescue operations.
Mr CHAN Yun-pui
Mr Chan joined the Fire Services Department as an Ambulanceman in 1966 and was promoted Senior Divisional Officer in 1994. He has served on operational, fire prevention and instructional duties.
