Mr Michael Julian Christopher WATERS

Mr Waters joined Government service in 1976. He is now Deputy Political Adviser (Personnel) and has been responsible for a large number of key transition arrangements involving Government staff.

Sister Margaret WONG Kam-lin. Annie

Sister Wong is the Supervisor of St Paul's Secondary School and the Principal of St Paul's Convent School. She has been an educationalist for over 20 years and has also been involved in community work.

Ms Judy WONG Shuk-ghing. JP

Ms Wong joined the Immigration Department in 1966 and is now an Assistant Director of Immigration. At present she is responsible for supervising the Department's information systems strategy.

Mr James YEUNG Chi-kin

Mr Yeung has been in Government service for nearly 35 years and is now a Chief Labour Officer. He has been Head of the Labour Relations Division of the Labour Department since 1989. He is now on pre-retirement leave.

MBE (Military)

Chief Petty Officer TSUI Chung-por

A locally enlisted member of the Royal Navy, CPO Tsui is in charge of the Boats Section at HMS Tamar. He has been responsible for managing the Royal Navy ferry service between Stonecutters, Kowloon and the Prince of Wales Barracks.

Captain WONG Hon-wing

Captain Wong joined the Hong Kong Military Service Corps in 1976 as a Private soldier and was commissioned in 1991. He has been second in command of Dragon Company of the Military Service Corps.
