Mr CHEN Din-hwa
Mr Chen has been active in the textile industry for over 40 years. In 1970 he established the D H Chen Foundation which has assisted educational, medical, welfare, charitable and religious organisations.
Mr Stuart Wreford HARBINSON, JP
Mr Harbinson joined the civil service in 1978. He was Deputy Secretary for the Civil Service before taking up his present post of Hong Kong's Permanent Representative to the World Trade Organisation.
Professor LAM Shiu-kum
Professor Lam is Chief of the Division of Gastroenterology and Hepatology at the University of Hong Kong. He is also Physician in charge of the Liver Transplant Working Group at Queen Mary Hospital.
Mrs Shelley LAU LEE Lai-kuen. JP
Mrs Lau has been in the civil service for over 24 years and has held a wide range of posts. She is currently Director of Home Affairs.
Professor Rance LEE Pui-leung. JP
Professor Lee was one of the first locally trained sociologists in Hong Kong. He was involved in establishing the Social Research Centre of the Chinese University as a major research base.
Mr Alan RICHARDSON. JP
Mr Richardson joined the Hong Kong Government in 1976 as a Chief Treasury Accountant and was appointed Director of Accounting Services in 1994. He was involved in the planning of the first trading fund departments.
