Will the Government inform this Council of -
(a)
the expiry dates of the agreements of the current chairman and deputy chairman of the Securities and Futures Commission (SFC);
(b)
the criteria adopted by the authority concerned for determining whether the agreements of the current chairman and deputy chairman of the SFC will be renewed: and
(c)
whether the authority concerned has considered selecting the chairman and deputy chairman of the SFC through open recruitment?
