The same rates will apply to funeral and medical expenses payable under the Pneumoconiosis (Compensation) Ordinance (PCO). The amount of compensation for care and attention under the PCO will be increased to $4,050. The amount of $2,100 included in the formula for calculating the monthly compensation for total incapacity will also be adjusted to $2,570.
