Miss SO Yan-lap
Miss So has been a school principal since 1982 and has been active in promoting the Chinese language as a medium of instruction. She has also been involved in community work and has served as a member of a number of important territory boards and committees.
Mr Johnny WAN Yee-chong
Mr Wan has a long history of voluntary service at both district and territory level. He is the full time co-ordinator for Chinese Affairs of the Prison Fellowship International and since 1983 he has been a Director of the HK Christian Kun Sun Association Ltd, an organisation devoted to helping prisoners.
Mr WONG Kam-chi
Mr Wong has been a member of the Wong Tai Sin District Board since 1985 and is currently Chairman of the Finance and General Affairs Committee. He is active in a wide range of district affairs, including the Junior Police Call of which he has been President since 1985.

Mr Buchanan has been the Director of the British Council in Hong Kong since 1990. He joined the British Council in 1974 after teaching for 10 years in London and has served in Yugoslavia, India and Brazil.
