Mr Li retired from the Royal Hong Kong Police in 1973 after 26 years' service. He continued to take an active part in rural affairs, becoming a village representative in 1977, Vice-Chairman of the Sha Tau Kok Rural Committee in 1983 and Chairman" in 1993.
Miss LIU Sin-ling
Miss Liu joined the Auxiliary Medical Services as a volunteer in 1964. She worked in methadone clinics from 1975 to 1980, and from 1980 she carried out duties in Vietnamese migrant detention centre clinics.
Mrs LUK CHIU Kwan-hung
Mrs Luk has been involved in pre-school education for over 45 years and has been headteacher and supervisor of a number of kindergartens. She is also an author of children's literature and has been active in community work.
Mr LUK Wai-kong
Mr Luk became a member of the Kowloon City District Board in 1982. He has been Chairman of the District's Fight Crime Committee since 1993 and was appointed a member of the TV Programme Advisory Panel of Radio Television Hong Kong in the same year.

Miss Siu joined the Kowloon City District Board in 1988 and became Chairman of the Community Building Committee in 1994. She is involved in a wide range of district activities and was appointed a member of the Housing Authority's Home Ownership Committee in 1990.
