Miss Robyn Claire LAMSAM
Miss Lamsam is the first female swimmer in Hong Kong to win individual medals in the Asian and Pacific Ocean Games, including three gold medals. She also does voluntary community work to promote safe swimming.
Mr LAW Kam-fai
Mr Law has been involved in district community work for many years. He became a village representative in 1990 and Chairman of the Tung Chung Rural Committee in 1993. He is also a member of the Islands District Fight Crime Committee.
Mr LEE Kam-chung
Mr Lee has served the Wanchai District for the last 10 years and Shatin District also from 1992. He is Chairman of the Wong Nai Chung Area Committee and is also engaged in road safety campaigns, fight crime, welfare of the elderly and youth activities.
Mr LEE Po-kee
Mr Lee has been a volunteer member of the Civil Aid Services, Hong Kong Island Region for over 35 years. He is currently a Divisional Supervisor in the Region and is engaged in a full range of operational and instructional duties.
Miss LI Cho-wah
Miss Li joined the Po Leung Kuk in 1972 and is now the General Manager of this large welfare organisation. As the Kuk's executive head, she provides support to the Board of Directors over the full range of the Kuk's activities.
