Mr Hoggard joined the Force in 1975. He was the first Kowloon Region Crime Prevention Officer, the Divisional Commander. Border Division, and he is currently Senior Staff Officer, Operations, New Territories South. He was promoted Senior Superintendent in 1993.
Mr David William HOLLOWAY
Mr Holloway has over 20 years' service in the Force and was promoted Senior Superintendent in 1992. After a short spell in the Uniform Branch he was transferred to the Crime Stream where he has worked since.
Mr KAN Wai-hung
Mr Kan joined the Force in 1961 and was promoted Station Sergeant in 1977. His service has been exclusively in the Uniform Branch in which he has held a variety of posts. He is also active in promoting District welfare activities.
Mr Anthony KU Kin-wa
Mr Ku joined the Force in 1968 and was promoted Senior Superintendent in 1994. His postings have included Assistant District Commander Crime in Yuen Long and Shatin and he is currently Deputy District Commander, Taj Po.
Mr LAU King
Mr Lau has been in the Force for 24 years and his entire carcer has been spent in the Uniform Branch. He has been active in police welfare matters and in the Executive Committee of the Junior Police Officers Association. He was promoted Station Sergeant in 1982.
