Mr Man is an accountant and was a member of the Tai Po District Board for nearly 10 years, having served on all the sub-committees during this period. He has also been a member of the Consumer Council and has been involved in several other local organisations, such as the Rotary Club and the Fight Crime Committee.
Dr Gordon Pei Yaw-liang
Dr Pei has been the Chairman of the Wong Tai Sin Community Health Association since 1990 and has organised jointly with the District Board a large number of health programmes. He has also arranged a Community Health Letter Box Service through a district newspaper.
Mr Poon Huen-wai
Mr Poon has been a member of the North District Board for nearly 10 years and has been active in road safety, arts, sports and antiquities affairs. A secondary school principal, he has also been concerned with education and is the founder and Chairman of the District Secondary School Headmasters Conference.
Mr Sum Yuk-biu
A businessman, Mr Sum became Vice-President of the Sha Tin Sports Association in 1986 and was a member of the District Board for three years. He was Chairman of the Hong Kong Community Chest Campaign Committee in 1990 and has been active in sports and cultural affairs in the community.
Mr Tang Kwong-wing
Mr Tang has been involved in community services in the Tai Po District for a number of years and has been the Village Representative of Tseng Tau Tsuen, Sai Kung North since 1986. He also chairs the Rural Committee, is an ex-officio member of the District Board as a result and involves himself in a wide range of activities.
