The Supervisor in the Communication Department of the Hong Kong Society for the Blind, Ms Fung has been blind since childhood. She qualified as a social work assistant in 1979, joined the Hong Kong Society for the Blind in the same year and has been responsible for a number of innovations in library services.

Ms Junia Ho Suk-yin

Ms Ho is General Manager of the Chariot Club Ltd. She has been active in promoting youth work and civic education, and she has been a member of the Commission on Youth, the Hong Kong Junior Chamber of Commerce and the Committee on the Promotion of Civic Education.

Dr Jim Chi-yung

Dr Jim is a senior lecturer in Geography at the University of Hong Kong and has been a member of the Country Parks Board since 1989, chairing the Planning and Management Committee since 1993. He is also a member of the Town Planning Board and was a member of the Academic Committee of the first Conference on National Parks and Protected Areas of East Asia.

Miss Helen Lai

Miss Lai is a choreographer, artistic director, dancer and dance teacher. She has choreographed for local dance and theatre companies, stage musicals and films for over 15 years, and in 1979 she joined the new City Contemporary Dance Company, the only contemporary dance company in Hong Kong.
