Mr Tse Chan-fai

Mr Tse has been a member of the Royal Hong Kong Police Force since 1967 and was promoted to Senior Superintendent in 1992. He has served mainly on crime investigation duties but he also has wide experience in traffic and police public relations work, including the introduction of the Neighbourhood Watch Scheme.

Mr Anthony Charles William Wimbush

Mr Wimbush joined the Royal Hong Kong Police Force in 1966 and was promoted to Superintendent in 1977. He has served mainly in the Uniform Branch, but he also commanded the Special Duties Unit in the early 1980s and was seconded to the Independent Commission Against Corruption for a short period. He is a keen sportsman and sports organiser.

Fire Services Department

Mr Choy Lim-lai

Mr Choy joined the Fire Services in 1962 and was promoted to Principal Fireman in 1987. Almost his entire service has been spent in the Operational Command and he has assisted at numerous hazardous and difficult operations.
