A Medical and Health Officer, Dr Honey has been with the Hong Kong Government service for nearly 25 years. He is particularly experienced in the treatment and rehabilitation of leprosy sufferers.

Mrs Ko Woo Shin-ching, Patricia

A Chief Nursing Officer, Mrs Ko retired in September 1994 after completing over 40 years' service with the Government. She specialised in health nursing and was closely involved in the running of courses and training programmes.

Mr Leung Yau-yam

Mr Leung joined the former Preventive Service in 1960. He was transferred to the civilian grade formed in 1965 to enforce trade agreements between Hong Kong and its trading partners and became Head of Trade Controls in 1989.

Ms Li Fung-ying

Ms Li is the Vice-Chairman of the Federation of Hong Kong and Kowloon Labour Unions, a post she has held since 1984. She has been a member of the Labour Advisory Board from 1987.

Miss Elizabeth Susan Mair

Miss Mair has been active in the fields of physical education, recreation and sports since 1959 and has given voluntary service to a number of charity and welfare organisations. She is a member of the Sports Development Board and a number of other sports-related bodies.
