Mr Eason joined the Hong Kong Government service in 1962. He has held a wide range of senior appointments during his career he was appointed Director of Buildings and Lands in 1989 and Secretary for Planning, Environment and Lands in 1992.

Mr David Thomas Rhys Carse
Mr Carse was seconded to the Hong Kong Government from the Bank of England in 1991 and took up the post of Commissioner of Banking. He was closely involved in the preparatory work for the establishment of the Hong Kong Monetary Authority and became Deputy Chief Executive when this body was formed in 1993.
Mr Chau How-chen, MBE, JP
Mr Chau has been involved in public service, community and voluntary work for many years. He is a Regional Councillor, a former chairman of the Tsuen Wan District Board, the Deputy Commissioner of the Civil Aid Services and has done much to promote sport in the Territory.
Mr Chung Po Yang
Mr Chung is the founder and Chairman of DHL International (Hong Kong) and is also active in the arts. He is the founder and Chairman of Business for Art, a member of the Board of Governors of the Hong Kong Art Centre and a member of a number of arts and charitable fund-raising institutions.
