FACTORIES AND AMONG THESE CASES, 2,926 WERE BREACHES OF THE INDUSTRIAL UNDERTAKINGS ORDINANCE AND ITS SUBSIDIARY REGULATIONS, WITH FINES TOTALLING $17 MILLION," MR SUNG SAID.
