IN THE 11 MONTHS UP TO NOVEMBER, ALMOST THREE MILLION ENQUIRIES WERE HANDLED BY STAFF AT THE 20 CENTRES WITH CLOSE TO SEVEN MILLION FORMS AND INFORMATION PAMPHLETS DISTRIBUTED. IN ADDITION, A CENTRAL TELEPHONE ENQUIRY CENTRE HANDLED MORE THAN 150,000 ENQUIRIES
