WSD TO IMPROVE CUSTOMER SERVICE
THE SERVICE ENVIRONMENT OF THE SEVEN CUSTOMER ENQUIRY CENTRES OF THE WATER SUPPLIES DEPARTMENT WILL BE IMPROVED UNDER A PROGRAMME OF IMPROVEMENT WORKS.
THE CUSTOMER PNQUIRY CENTRE ON THE FIFTH FLOOR, KWAI HING GOVERNMENT OFFICES, 166-174 HING FONG ROAD, KWAI CHUNG, WILL FIRST BE TEMPORARILY CLOSED FOR RENOVATION FOR SEVEN WEEKS STARTING FROM NOVEMBER 1.
A SPOKESMAN FOR THE DEPARTMENT SAID TODAY (TUESDAY) THAT THE CENTRE WOULD BE REOPENED IN LATE DECEMBER THIS YEAR ON COMPLETION OF RENOVATION WORKS.
WORKS FOR THE OTHER CUSTOMER ENQUIRY CENTRES WILL BE CARRIED OUT IN PHASES, STARTING EARLY NEXT YEAR.
