THE FIRST LOT IS AT THE JUNCTION OF SHUNG LING STREET AND YI LUN STREET, SAN PO KONG, KOWLOON, IT WAS BOUGHT BY BRIGHT SUCCESS INVESTMENT LTD AT $705 MILLION, WITH BIDDING OPENED AT $550 MILLION.
THE LOT, WITH AN AREA OF ABOUT 3,093 SQUARE METRES, IS INTENDED FOR NON-INDUSTRIAL (EXCLUDING GODOWN, PETROL-FILLING STATION) PURPOSES.

ACCORDING TO THE BUILDING COVENANT, THE DEVELOPER HAS COMPLETE A GROSS FLOOR AREA OF NOT LESS THAN 30,000 SQUARE METRES OR BEFORE SEPTEMBER 30, 1996.
