OTHER FACTORS, SUCH AS THE SMALL SIZE OF LOTS, FRAGMENTED OWNERSHIP AND THE LACK OF VEHICULAR ACCESS, HAVE COMPLICATED THE REDEVELOPMENT PROCESS.

ACCORDING TO THE DEVELOPMENT SCHEME

PLAN, THE AREA WILL BE DEVELOPED COMPREHENSIVELY TO IMPROVE THE ENVIRONMENT AND то ENSURE MORE EFFICIENT USE OF LAND.

THE AREA, BEING ZONED AS A "COMPERHENSIVE DEVELOPMENT AREA" WILL PROVIDE PUBLIC OPEN SPACE OF ABOUT 1,200 SQUARE METRES AT THE EASTERN PART.

THE REMAINDER WILL BE MAINLY FOR COMMERCIAL/RESIDENTIAL USES THE PROVISION OF GOVERNMENT. INSTITUTION AND COMMUNITY FACILITIES.

THE MAJORITY OF THE SOCIAL WELFARE FACILITIES IN A PURPOSE-DESIGNED BUILDING WITHIN THE AREA.
