ESTIMATED AT OF TOTAL RETAIL SALES IN JULY 1991, VALUE $11,842.6 MILLION, INCREASED BY 20.7% WHEN COMPARED WITH JULY WHILE THEIR VOLUME INCREASED BY 13.1%, ACCORDING TO THE PROVISIONAL SURVEY RESULTS RELEASED BY THE CENSUS AND STATISTICS DEPARTMENT (THURSDAY).
