Mr George Frederick Noel ACHESON

Mr Acheson has been a member of the Royal Hong Kong Police since 1960, having served previously with

with the Royal Ulster Constabulary. He has served in staff and operational posts in the Uniform Branch and is currently Senior Staff Officer, Stores and Maintenance, in Police Headquarters.

Mr Richard James BEST

Mr Best joined the Royal Hong Kong Police in 1968 following two years in the Royal Navy. He has occupied a wide range of Uniform Branch posts, including staff, training and operations. Mr Best is currently Senior Staff Officer, Personnel Career Development.

Mr CHAN Chun-kei

Mr Chan joined the Royal Hong Kong Police in 1966 after three years of locally enlisted service with the Royal Navy. His entire police career has been spent in the Marine Region and he has been posted in the Division's trials and Maintenance Unit since 1982. He was promoted to Station Sergeant in 1985.

Mr CHAN Kwong-fuk

Mr Chan has been a member of the Royal Hong Kong Police since 1968 and was promoted to his present rank of Station Sergeant in 1981. He has served in a variety of Uniform Branch posts, including all three land regions and the Police Training School. He is at present Officer-in-Charge of the Tsuen Wan District Traffic Team.
