Mr Barrie Joseph DEEGAN
Mr Deegan has been a member of the Royal Hong Kong Police since 1960 and was promoted to his present rank of Assistant Commissioner in 1990. His service has been principally in the Uniform Branch and has included tours of duty in Inspection Services, Hong Kong Island Regional Headquarters and Marine Region.
