THE LABOUR DEPARTMENT TODAY (SUNDAY) REMINDED EMPLOYERS OF STATUTORY REQUIREMENT FOR THEM TO ENTER INTO A WRITTEN CONTRACT ALL LOCAL MANUAL WORKERS ON EMPLOYMENT OUTSIDE HONG KONG.
