IT IS BOUGHT BY HIGH ELITE LTD FOR $200 MILLION. BIDDING OPENED AT $125 MILLION.

ACCORDING TO THE BUILDING COVENANT, THE DEVELOPER HAS ΤΟ METRES ON COMPLETE A GROSS FLOOR AREA OF NOT LESS THAN 12,500 SQUARE OR BEFORE MARCH 31, 1995.
