THE PRINCIPAL TRADE CONTROLS OFFICER OF THE CUSTOMS STANDARDS INVESTIGATION BUREAU, MR ANDREW WONG, SAID 231 OF YEAR'S COMPLAINTS WERE LODGED BY INDIVIDUALS THROUGH THE DEPARTMENT'S COMPLAINTS HOTLINE, WHILE THE REMAINDER CAME THROUGH THE CONSUMER
