Royal Hong Kong Police Force:
Mr Michael John BENSON
Mr Benson has been a member of the Royal Hong Kong Police since 1969 and was promoted to his present rank of Senior Superintendent in 1988. Most of his service has been in Special Branch.
Mr James CLEMENTS
Mr Clements has over 22 years of service in the Royal Hong Kong Police. Apart from a short spell in Special Branch, most of his career has been with the Uniform Branch. He was promoted to Superintendent, his present rank, in 1979.
Mr FONG Hung-kwan
Mr Fong joined the Royal Hong Kong Police as a constable in 1970 and was promoted to his present rank of Inspector in 1989. His service has included the Special Duties Unit and the Police Tactical Unit. He is currently serving in Traffic, New Territories.
Mr Leonard Briton HILL
Mr Hill has been in the Royal Hong Kong Police for 25 years having previously served four years in the Metropolitan Police in London. He has served in a variety of posts, including Uniform Branch and Criminal Investigation Department and was promoted to senior superintendent in 1985. In his spare time he helps to run two boys clubs in Kowloon for underprivileged children.
Mr Donald KEE Yau-yin
Mr Kee joined the Royal Hong Kong Police in 1963 and rose to his present rank of chief inspector in 1977. Most of his service has been spent in the Criminal Investigation Department, the last eight years in the Criminal Records Bureau where he has been involved in a number of modernisation projects.
