Mr Carlos CHEUNG Hon-kau

Mr Cheung is a consulting civil and constructional engineer. He has been active in the construction field in Hong Kong for many years and has also been extensively involved in community work. He has served on a large number of boards and committees, notably the Tai Po District Board and the Regional Council.

Mr KO King-fai

Mr Ko joined the Hong Kong Government in 1959 and rose to the top of his grade as Chief Technical Officer in 1971. He was closely involved in several major airport development projects in the 1970s, including the runway extension, "state of the art" baggage handling systems and a unique design of air-bridge. He has also been active in staff welfare and recreation. He retired from the Government service in August 1990.

Mr CHAN Chi-choi

Mr Chan and his partner, Miss Amy Chan Lim-chee, won the gold medal in the badminton mixed doubles at the 1990 Commonwealth Games. He and his partner also won the Bronze Medal for the team event. He has been playing badminton since 1977 and has a number of outstanding achievements in the sport..

Miss Chan and her partner, Mr Chan Chi-choi, won the gold medal in the badminton mixed doubles

the 1990 Commonwealth Games. She and her partner also won the bronze medal for the team event. She has represented Hong Kong in badminton tournaments since 1974 with great distinction.
