Mr Johnson LEE Tse-on
Mr Lee joined the Customs and Excise Service (then known as the Preventive Service) in 1960. He has served in a wide range of posts in the service and is now a Chief Customs Officer.
Mr LEUNG Cheung
Mr Leung worked in HM Dockyard as
an apprentice and then a boilermaker from 1946 to 1958. When the Dockyard closed he joined the Correctional Services Department as a fitter and is currently a Works Supervisor II. He has provided maintenance services for Stanley Prison for over 30 years.
Mr LI Wing-wa

Mr Li joined the Government service in 1954 as clerk. He has worked in the Queen Elizabeth Hospital for over 30 years and was promoted to Senior Clerical Officer in 1973.
Mrs TING LEE You-dit

Mrs Ting has nearly 35 years' service with Government been employed in the Executive Council Annexe for 15 years. During the latter period she has been heavily involved in ensuring the efficient conduct of Executive Council business.
Mrs WONG CHENG Yi-pat

Mrs Wong is a Ward Attendant at the Kai Chi Children's Since July 1968 she has been helping to look after the handicapped children in the centre.
Miss May YU Mei-ying
Miss Yu, a UK State Registered Nurse, has been a member of the Auxiliary Medical Services for over 25 years and is currently the AMS District Commander of Sai Kung. She has been closely involved in the setting up and operation of medical teams in Vietnamese boat people camps.
