HOWEVER, MR LI SAID HE WAS HAPPY TO SEE THAT THESE WELL UTILISED TO ENHANCE THE DELIVERY OF SERVICES AND TO QUALITY OF TEACHING IN SCHOOLS FOR DEAF CHILDREN.
